Guy Louthian
Founder & President
A skilled veteran of the medical field for the past 38 years, Guy’s career has been concentrated in helping office-based healthcare providers solve their business revenue and cash management challenges, diagnosing and solving the headaches that medical practices often encounter.
Prior to the founding of Physician Services USA, Guy served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an emerging physician billing firm and as COO for a Durable Medical Equipment provider.
As an expert in Practice Revenue Enhancement and Revenue Cycle Management, Guy started Physician Services USA in 2002 to meet the growing demand from healthcare providers to diagnose and solve their practice cash flow issues.
Guy and his dedicated staff at Physician Services USA work with multiple physician practices across the nation in areas such as Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Practice Consulting, and Software Training.
A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in business, Guy is married with two children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Guy enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Harley, and enthusiastically cheering for Clemson sports.
Shannon Strange
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon joined the PSUSA family in 2008 as a Medical Billing Specialist, enabling her to learn the complexities of dealing with insurance companies.
Promoted in 2011, Shannon mentored as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the owner, learning company management principles to help physicians manage the complex business side of their practice.
Shannon’s role grew in 2013, becoming the Office Manager, utilizing her production experience and mentorship to assist in the management of the company’s operations, all while scaling up the organization’s infrastructure as it doubled in size over a two-year period, culminating in her promotion to COO.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys traveling with her husband, Garet, and spending time with their four beautiful children.
Meagan Arant CPC, CH-CBS, CS, RH-CBS, EMS
FQHC/RHC PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Meagan began her career at PSUSA in 2013 as an extern, completing both a Medical Billing and Coding Diploma and Professional Coder certifications curriculum. Meagan has demonstrated a high acumen for revenue cycle management, continuing to rise within leadership as the company has scaled upwards.
In her current position as FQHC/RHC Program Coordinator, Meagan manages FQHC portfolios, supporting a large team of onsite- and remote-billers, all while continuing her education, including training with the Association for Rural Professional Coding and obtaining certifications in Community Health – Coding & Billing Specialist (CH-CBS), Rural Health – Coding & Billing Specialist (RH-CBS), Community Health Credentialing Specialist (CH-CS) and Rural & Community Health Evaluation & Management Auditor.
Meagan is married, has one daughter and enjoys all sorts of "do it yourself" projects in her free time.
Da'Kia Pringle
PRIVATE SETTING TEAM LEAD
Da'Kia joined the PSUSA team in 2021 as a Medical Billing Specialist, where she provides revenue management and personnel support to clients. After being with the company for over two years, Da'Kia was promoted to a Private Setting Team Lead. In this role, Da'Kia is able to provide support to multiple Medical Billing Specialist within the company.
Da'Kia obtained her Bachelors of Science in Public Health from the College of Charleston in 2018 and started her career in medical billing, while pursuing a double Master's in Health Administration and Business Administration.
In her spare time, she likes making crafts, reading, cooking, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
Sandra Humphries CPC, CH-CBS, RH-CBS
PRIVATE SETTING TEAM LEAD
Sandra joined PSUSA in 2008, bringing over 15 years of management experience in the medical field. Sandra currently serves as a Private Setting Team Lead to multiple Medical Billing Specialists within the company that manage the billing for clients throughout the country.
Sandra holds multiple certifications to includes, Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Rural Health Coding and Billing Specialist (RH-CBS), as well as Community Health Coding and Billing Specialist (CH-CBS). In addition, Sandra is a member of the ARHPC (Association for Rural Health Professional coding), AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders), and Capital Coders where she serves as the Vice President.
She is married, has two daughters and a son and enjoys camping in her free time.
Ann Lott
PRIVATE SETTING TEAM LEAD
Ann joined the PSUSA team in 2021 and is currently a Private Setting Team Lead for a large client located in South Carolina and Florida. Ann comes with 20 years of Revenue Cycle experience. Beginning in 2003, Ann began as a data entry specialist for a medical facility. As her career progressed, she became a Fiscal Technician I & II, DME Eligibility Specialist, and Payment Poster. In 2016, Ann became the Supervisor for the reimbursement office and earned the honor of being the facility's Employee of the Year! Since joining PSUSA, Ann has also been a tremendous support in recruiting, compliance as well as employee development.
Ann was born and raised in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She relocated to the states in 2000.
In her spare time, she likes to read, watch movies, and enjoy her new hobby, gardening. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Korey, and spending time with their grandchild, Ryleigh, as often as she can.
Amy Kreps
FQHC TEAM LEAD
Since joining PSUSA in May 2017, Amy has supported several clients with their overall office needs, and more importantly with their billing duties and office education. She was recently promoted to a Private Setting Team Lead within the company in May 2022 where she actively assists in client education as well as employee development, process improvement and reporting analytics.
Amy entered into the healthcare field in 2003, offering 20 years of experience to our family. Prior to Physician Services, Amy gained insurance knowledge by holding several positions within large insurance companies. Some of these positions included claims reimbursement and processing, appeals coordination, and customer service. She also gained billing experience and exposure to client services within a global accounts receivable corporation, where she worked her way up to Assistant Manager. During this time, Amy oversaw the operations for several high-volume hospital client projects as well as managing the testing center for many system integrations and upgrades.
In her spare time, Amy is traveling to see family and friends, or taking in a live music show at a new venue with a koozie in hand.
Kelly Hamilton
FQHC TEAM LEAD
Kelly joined PSUSA in 2019 as a Medical Billing Specialist within a FQHC setting. She quickly transitioned into a FQHC Team Lead role for a FQHC located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is dedicated to building a strong team of knowledgeable billers along with providing the support needed to her team.
Kelly has over 10 years of medical billing experience and holds an associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding from the Ultimate Medical Academy. Prior to joining PSUSA, Kelly worked as an account analyst for a large company that specialized in hospital billing. She has extensive knowledge in revenue cycle management and the policies and procedures specific to billing for a FQHC.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her three kids, reading a good book, traveling to the beach, and supporting her Clemson Tigers.
